Oshokuji no aida ni ofuton o shikimasu.
お食事の間にお布団を敷きます。
It means: We will prepare your futon while you are having dinner.

It means: The yukata is in your room.

If You’re Stuck
Ryokan routines vary. Meals may be served in your room or in a dining area, and some places ask guests to prepare their own futons. Ask at check-in. This is not a test of whether you secretly understand traditional Japanese hospitality.
Tiny Culture Note
A traditional tatami room is not permanently a bedroom. During the day it can be a sitting room. At dinner it may become a private dining room. At night, the table moves and the futons come out. The bed did not arrive late—the room simply was not finished becoming a bedroom yet.
